Build the future of voice feedback
A small team of educators and engineers serving teachers in 160 countries. Sound interesting? Let’s talk.
Open roles
No open roles right now — but we’re always listening
We’re not hiring at the moment. We do read every introduction that comes in, and we keep the ones worth coming back to.
We’re a small team, so roles here get shaped around the person more often than the other way round. Tell us what you’re good at and what you’d want to own — that’s more useful to us than a CV measured against a job description that doesn’t exist yet.
Developer, designer, teacher, or none of the above — if you care about how feedback actually reaches a student, say hello.
How to introduce yourself
Send us an email at [email protected] with:
- A brief introduction about yourself
- What excites you about voice feedback for education
- Examples of your work (portfolio, GitHub, projects, etc.)
- How you think you could contribute
Be yourself. We’re looking for people who think differently and care deeply about helping educators.
Why join us?
Direct reach
Your work ships to real classrooms every day. Teachers in 160 countries use what we build.
Remote-first
Distributed since 2013. Work from wherever the work goes best.
Educator-driven
Product decisions start with teacher needs, not metrics. We build what actually helps.
Real ownership
Small team, big decisions. You’ll have a real voice in where we go next.
Our culture
Clarity over meetings, shipping over planning. Most decisions get made in writing, in the open, by whoever is closest to the problem.
We’re spread across time zones, so we default to async — and we’re honest about what that costs. Fewer interruptions, slower answers. If you need a room full of people to think, this will feel quiet.
Ready to introduce yourself?
Don’t wait for a job posting. Tell us what you’d want to build here, and why that particular thing matters to you.
